YOUR HANDCRAFTED
DREAMS
Mazzucco Custom Guitars creates unique instruments, the result of refined craftsmanship combined with cutting-edge technology and continuous research.
Each instrument begins with an idea, takes shape through meticulously studied design, and is perfected by expert hands and precision processes.
Our design-driven approach allows us to merge tradition with innovation, creating instruments that captivate with their aesthetics while surprising with functionality and performance.
Most of the components are crafted in-house: from design to construction, every step is under our control. The selection of raw materials is one of our strengths: woods are carefully chosen and assigned to specific uses according to their characteristics. The bridges, made from superior-quality materials, are CNC-machined from solid stock and hand-finished to ensure absolute precision. The nuts receive the same level of care: our most iconic model, unique in the world, combines carbon fiber with a special copper alloy.

Mazzucco Diego

Mazzucco Luca
I am a multidisciplinary designer who combines creativity, innovation, and a deep focus on social and environmental sustainability. My experience spans graphics, photography, product design, and interiors, with the goal of transforming every project into an opportunity for positive change. My designs are born from critical reflection and ongoing research, which materialize through a shared process with all stakeholders to ensure unique and impactful solutions. Design is not just an aesthetic result, but a conscious and responsible choice for the future, designed for those who will experience it in relation to the world around us.
Some paths seem destined from the very beginning, yet they often take unexpected turns. The story of Diego Mazzucco begins in the world of precision mechanics—an environment defined by infinitesimal tolerances, absolute attention to detail, and a constant pursuit of perfection. Years of experience in service and engineering taught him that even the smallest element can make all the difference.
Then, almost naturally, this same attitude transformed into a new passion: crafting fine guitars. Diego has been channeling his technical expertise into lutherie, creating instruments that are not just objects, but true companions for those who live through music.
Each guitar is born from the meeting of two worlds: on one side, the Italian artisanal tradition, rooted in craftsmanship, sensitivity, and a deep love for wood; on the other, the innovation inherited from the most advanced industrial sectors, ensuring precision, reliability, and unique solutions.
The result is a fascinating fusion: instruments with refined sound, innovative design, and a profound soul—telling a story of passion, research, and vision. Diego Mazzucco’s guitars are not merely built; they are imagined, engineered, and sculpted with the same care that shapes a work of art.
